We will fulfil our obligations according to our privacy policy and the Taito-ku privacy protection law.

1. Confidentiality obligation

The designated administrator will not provide to third parties any personal information obtained in the course of performing administrative work (hereinafter, “work”) for the public hall. Furthermore, this remains the case even after the designated period of the designated administrator ends or the designation of the designated administrator is cancelled.

2. Appropriate gathering of information

The designated administrator will not gather personal information beyond the necessary scope for achieving work as designated by the ward.

3. Safety controls

The designated administrator will take all measures necessary to prevent erasure, loss, manipulation, defamation, or any other accidents, when handling personal information.
If the designated administrator needs to process personal information using an electronic computer system, then he will take any safety measures necessary to protect this data.

4. Prohibition of use for other purposes and provision to third parties

The designated administrator will neither use personal information for purposes other than work designated by the ward, nor provide it to third parties.

5. Disclosure

The designated administrator will disclose personal information if the person him/herself requests said disclosure.

6. Return or discard

The designated administrator will return or discard personal information that he keeps as instructed by the ward after the designated period of the designated administrator ends or the designation of the designated administrator is cancelled.
